I previously gave a poor rating because i had received nothing from customer service. i now believe that my question to them.dufnt go through, because they have been more than communicative since i alerted them to my problem. my final experience is a positive one and i can recommend this service. my tickets arrived quickly to my email and we enjoyed our day out.

My tickets arrived ok, but the after sales customer service is non existent. i contacted them.half hour after i bought my tickets because i wanted to try ask if i could change the day. i was assured that they normally answer within 2 hours. 5 days later no answer so had to arrange my plans around the original dates

Many other customers contact us without issue, and we resolve all inquiries in record time, as this is our top priority. In any case, the ticket information states that tickets are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the day selection is solely for capacity management purposes. We always recommend that our visitors carefully read the ticket conditions to avoid any issues.
