About Loro Parque

One of the world’s leading zoological parks

Loro Parque is far more than a tourist attraction—it is a globally recognized benchmark in conservation, animal welfare, and high-quality educational experiences. Located in Puerto de la Cruz, in the north of Tenerife, it has consistently been ranked among the best zoos in the world by both visitors and experts.

A visit to Loro Parque means stepping into a carefully crafted environment where nature, innovation, and excellence come together. Its facilities recreate natural habitats with remarkable attention to detail, allowing visitors to discover incredible species such as orcas, dolphins, penguins, gorillas, and tigers in spaces designed with their wellbeing as a priority.

One of the park’s core pillars is its strong commitment to biodiversity conservation. Through its foundation and international programs, it actively contributes to the protection and breeding of endangered species, positioning itself as a key player in global environmental efforts.

I previously gave a poor rating because I had received nothing from customer service. I now believe that my question to them.dufnt go through, because they have been more than communicative since I alerted them to my problem. My final experience is a positive one and I can recommend this service. My tickets arrived quickly to my email and we enjoyed our day out.
